Dr. Talbot has been at the center of many of the nation’s major medical simulation and gaming efforts as a Defense Department gaming proponent & innovator. As Principal Medical Expert at the USC Institute for Creative Technologies, he creates virtual human interactive patients, emotionally intelligent avatars, and explores virtual reality for medicine and learning. As a pediatrician and scientist, Dr. Talbot endeavors to create meaningful improvements that will advance the state of the art in amazing things that are useful to people.
